Our stain and odour remover should be fine to use for tackling stains on wool carpets. However, we do always recommend that you test the product on a small inconspicuous area first just to test for any colourfastness. With the majority of wool carpets it shouldn’t be an issue however if the carpet has been hand painted or dyed with a natural colourant then I would discourage using the product. The reason for this is because the active enzyme in the liquid is attracted to organic substances/stains such as urine, blood and would also have the same effect on natural colourants. Does it work on outside surfaces? Is this safe to use on concrete? The concrete grout around our patio has been stained. This product should be perfectly surface safe stain cleaner to use on your concrete grout. It may or may not remove the stain though, depending on what has caused it.
